Look at the  size of these choppers. We could not revive this fish so we had to smoke it.

I think it was 28lbs with the toxins 24lbs without I cant recall the legnth.:roflmao:

It turns out just like smoked pike I always go heavy on the brown sugar in the brime for a sweeter taste with pike and muskie.
