When I was a young boy (I am way past retirement age now), I would fish the mouth of Thames with my father and grandfather. I caught many a walleye and perch. We would go to a small marina that has what they called a jitney service. Basically they had a flat bed one ton pick up that for a fee would deliver you and your equipment to where the fish were and pick you up later in the day.

Well over the decades, I served my country, raised a family, and started two small successful business that still to this day provide me with all my income. In any case, I have lost touch with those marinas.

Needless to say the local perch and walleye season is about to start of has already started. I would love to go if only someone would show me the places to go. I have all the necessary equipment for three fisher persons. Please advise. I can be reached at or 313 354 2955 cell. I live in St. Clair Shores.
