Ok, Details. I use a $30 retail small Electric Skillet set the temperature at 375F for first part, simmer on second part. Temperature control is key!! I like Lawry's Garlic Salt for the seasoning steps. The white whine is in the picture and can be had at Meiyers for less then $10 and last for several times just put cork back on and put in fridge. I like squash, succhini, red peper, tomato, sweet white onion which can all be bought for about $3 seperate choice stuff. Follow the directions to a tee and trust me it tastes good. Only bad 1/2 stick of butter is used. The rice is easy too some sort of chicken rice just add to 2 cups of water with small amount of butter 5 min done. Try it and enjoy!!
