Looking for something new, quick and easy the other night.

6 walleye filets seasoned with s&p and smokey paprika. Roll up and place in a baking dish, spoon on plenty of your favorite salsa (store bought or home made) bake at 375 for about 30 minutes (depends on the size of filets) served with any rice and fresh garden peas.... oh my, wife loved it
