We had a great year for tomatos the other day Fish Fear Me and I canned over 100 jars of sauce.

I have over 325 jars jars in stock   of every veggie known to man  once we do a bunch of salsa it will time to start eatin !

I know that a pressure cooker is not required for most tomatoe and pickle canning. Some people will use one anyways. Just curious.

I have been canning all my life and I seldom use a pressure cooker unless im doing a very small batch but I know alot of people who always use them.
