Bob Barnes and I have been making the basic version for a couple of years now. You missed it but last night at the meeting we were talking pork sales in our neighborhoods.

I am going to be making some bulk bratwurst tomorrow or Saturday to be used for making some of the regular version. So, if it it bratwurst that I use then the cheese will have to be a good cheddar.
