WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO REPAIR A 1 INCH TEAR IN A VYNL  BOAT  SEAT ??? BEFORE IT GETS ANY BIGGER...

I have heard of patches that can be applied. Check with West Marine or any decent marine supply house for that matter. Does not have to be a big-box store. Mike's Marine should be able to make a few suggestions.
